Shipping
Your orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment being received via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service.
Standard shipping is
- $10: ONTARIO and QUEBEC
- $15: Rest of Canada
- $25: Continental US

Your orders are handled with care from the moment you checkout to the minute they arrive at your doorstep. Should there ever be a delay in shipping that can not be resolved by contacting Canada Post, please let us know and we'll do our best to sort it out.

Unsatisfied with your purchase? We accept returns on unopened games, which will be processed 14 days after the purchase date. We will refund the full value of the games and the taxes, excluding return shipping charges. Damaged games can also be exchanged. If you are not satisfied with the state of the box, let us know before you even open it.
